Dolly is an 18 year old Belgian mare registered with the American Sporthorse Registry. She spent her early years as a work horse in southern Kentucky. About 6 years ago she was purchased by Sandra Placco to join her breeding program. Sandra's mission is to develop an American version of the Irish hunter--a wonderful crossbred known for size, substance, and heart.  Dolly had a beautiful filly by Euro, Sandra's Quarter Horse-Friesan stallion,  in April, and is bred back to him for 2001. 

Euro can be seen at Sandra's website--www.americansporthorse.com. Dolly is owned by Jamie Farm in Kentucky.  We have high hopes that she will produce wonderful event horse prospects.
